Test when computers do not boot

If your computer does not start up after powering your computer via AC Plug and pressing the PC Power button, you can try the following steps to determine if your computer is shutting down due to a hardware problem.

If the computer does not work

Opening the System Unit cover means that there is no activity.
1 Power Supply Fan does not turn on
2 Harddisk not working
3 CPU Fan does not turn on
If so, follow the instructions below

The first step is to disconnect the power switch from the casing that joined the motherboard to the PC. Short ️ If you haven't tried short yet, try the next step.

The second step is to assume that the power supply is defective. First, unplug the AC power supply from the power supply, remove all power cords from the power supply, motherboard, hard disk, and drive. Give AC Power. If the Power Pupply Fan does not turn on, it may be because the power supply is not working.

At this stage, the RAM should be suspected. Normally, when the RAM is bad, the beep code will sound depending on the type of BIOS. Make sure you replant it and give it back the power. If you have not already done so, try another RAM on the appropriate RAM slot from another computer.

In this step, you need to reset the COMS setting. Unplug the COMS battery for 5 minutes and then restart it. Hard disks and DVD drives make it impossible for your computer to boot.

Suppose 5 motherboards. If the screws connecting the casing to the motherboard are short, the PC may not start. So, after removing the motherboard, remove all the hard disk, DVD drive, casing LED SW and power SW from the casing attached to the motherboard. I have to give power‼

Then shorten the Power SW on the Power Supply to the AC Power Supply. If the computer starts up, the Motherboard Screw is short. Make sure to unplug the device on a PC of the same type, and if the computer starts up, if the motherboard still does not work, then the motherboard is good and the CPU is almost broken.
